
For Langham’s Fall/Winter Beauty Fest, our agency partnered with influencer and singer Kayan to create a dynamic beauty-forward campaign that connected seasonal trends with modern retail behaviour. Designed to energise the mall’s beauty category and attract younger, style-conscious shoppers, the activation combined livestream commerce, high-impact visual storytelling, and personalised engagement tools that highlighted Langham’s beauty brands through a fresh cultural lens.
The campaign centred on translating Kayan’s fashion aesthetic into a relatable beauty journey for shoppers, showcasing product recommendations, styling cues, and real-time demonstrations that drove both discovery and conversion. To deepen audience interaction, we developed an interactive Personality Type Quiz that matched shoppers with curated product sets, turning the digital experience into a personalised beauty recommendation engine.
